Motorinvest to produce 12,000–14,000 electric cars in 2024

YELETS, Lipetsk Region, Nov 16 (PRIME) -- Russian car producer Motorinvest plans to produce 12,000–14,000 electric cars in 2024, Deputy CEO for Production Sergei Mamontov told reporters on Thursday.

“We can make 12,000 cars or maybe 14,000 cars. But don’t get me wrong, everything will depend on the sales. Supply will depend on demand,” he said.

Since the launch of the plant, its output of electric cars has exceeded 3,000 vehicles.

“Yes, we have more than 3,500 electric cars that we actually made and we have already sold almost all of them,” Mamontov said.
